Dr. Shweta Upadhyay

My experience with Dr. Shweta Upadhyay was good. She explained everything well, and I had no issues during my visit. I would definitely recommend her to others.

I had been visiting Dr Shweta Upadhyay ma’am from first trimester, she has been a pragamatic and motivating doctor where her decisions play a key role in our well being. She had been strict with me about my weight gain , diet and workout so that I can have a normal delivery. I also strictly followed every instructions of hers . On Jan 9th my contractions started and continued from mild to little severe . Doctor had already prepared me as to when to goto hospital when contractions come. 10th evening my contractions were severe and I was 2 cm dilated . Doctor asked me to get admitted . Jan 11th early morning I got admitted , my pain got intense but I did not get dilated more than 2 cm. Around 11 am ma’am induced my pain and broke my water by 1.30 pm . I had requested for Epidural but Shweta ma’am encouraged me to bear the pain and not go for Epidural , she even promised that i will have my baby my 3pm . I agreed to ma’am’s decision and withstood the pain, due to prolonged labour pain I couldn’t push harder and My baby’s BP was fluctuating therefore ma’am used vacuum to get the baby. Doctor helped me deliver a healthy baby boy . Not only doctor others in the OPD were also supportive . Million of thanks to Shweta ma’am for being there to help me deliver my baby .

I visited Cloudnine hospital-Vashi with an appointment to meet Dr. Shweta Upadhyay during my 1st week of pregnancy and since then I am connected with Dr Shweta even after delivery. Apart from being a skilled, talented & experienced Gynaecologist, Dr. Shweta is an amazing human being who makes a personal touch with her patients. My journey of pregnancy had never been that easy without the treatment, care and guidance of Dr. Shweta. Since the 1st check up till delivery Dr. Shweta tried her best for a normal delivery. She always gave ample time addressing each & every query I had & she boosted my moral at all time like a great friend. She always advised me to stay healthy with appropriate diet plan and exercise during my pregnancy for a normal delivery and healthy Baby. In my case, my newborn baby had severe complication which needed highly specialised surgery of my Baby on day one. She helped me connecting with one of the best paediatric surgeon of Mumbai. Dr. Shweta was in constant touch with me till my baby got discharged from hospital with complete cure.
